Fennel and Citrus Salad with Mint

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and 3 T of citrus juice. Season to taste.
  2. Toss with the fennel and citrus sections.
  3. Plate, garnish with the fennel fronds, mint leaves and ground coriander, and serve chilled.
